All bonuses and promotional funds credited to soft2bet accounts are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. soft2bet will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure. Report any suspected breach immediately.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, collude with other players, use automated betting systems, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and soft2bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service provided by soft2bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.
soft2bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
These Terms should be read alongside the soft2bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.
If you are accessing soft2bet on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2 Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on soft2bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum and admits of no exceptions whatsoever.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
- You do not have an existing soft2bet account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the platform for any reason, including for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of soft2bet or any of its affiliated entities or game suppliers.
- You are not knowingly using funds derived from any illegal or unlawful activity to fund your account or participate in any game or betting market.
- Participation in online casino gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of soft2bet is lawful in your location.
soft2bet actively enforces its age verification requirements. Age verification documentation — which may include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — may be requested at any time, including before the processing of a first withdrawal or during a routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, if the player is found to be under 18, permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of soft2bet services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the point of registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on soft2bet. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, soft2bet reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account, void any bets placed or bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your soft2bet account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. soft2bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately and change your password without delay.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
soft2bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your use of the platform:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name)
- Source of funds documentation, for high-volume accounts
Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. soft2bet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to delay or refuse withdrawals until verification is complete. 3.5 Account Closure
You may request the closure of your soft2bet account at any time by contacting the support team. Accounts closed at the player's request with a positive balance will have outstanding funds returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable KYC checks. soft2bet may also close accounts at its own discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming reasons, in which case specific conditions relating to the return of funds will apply as set out in Section 6.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
soft2bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, which have been selected specifically for the convenience of players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on soft2bet is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account in real time in the vast majority of cases; where a delay occurs, it is typically attributable to the payment provider and not the platform. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source. soft2bet is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Typical processing time for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is under 24 hours once verification is complete; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
soft2bet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such a review and informed of the estimated timeline. Withdrawals may not be processed to payment methods or accounts that are not registered in the player's own verified name.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on soft2bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the conversion rate applied will be the provider's prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. soft2bet is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
soft2bet offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a soft2bet account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds (and in some cases real funds) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
- Bets placed on games that are excluded from the promotion do not count towards wagering requirements.
- Bets that are voided, cancelled, or refunded do not count towards wagering requirements.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Maximum bet restrictions apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions stated in each promotion. soft2bet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine recreational play intent. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.4 VIP Programme
soft2bet operates a multi-tier VIP programme. Eligibility for VIP tiers is determined by the platform based on player activity and other criteria assessed at soft2bet's sole discretion. VIP status and associated benefits may be adjusted, downgraded, or withdrawn at any time. 6 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on soft2bet. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where relevant — referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to make deposits.
- Money laundering: Using soft2bet to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of team play intended to defraud the platform.
- Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence, or any other software to interact with soft2bet games or betting markets in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
- Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the platform's software, games, or bonus system. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to soft2bet without first contacting the platform's support team and following the internal dispute resolution process.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on soft2bet, whether under the same or different identities.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access soft2bet while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 18.
soft2bet uses a range of technical, statistical, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed following a determination of prohibited conduct, the platform's decision is final subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 8.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on soft2bet — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of soft2bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any content on the platform other than the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on soft2bet for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the platform. You must not use any soft2bet trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage the platform or its associated entities.
Game content — including game artwork, mechanics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Use of such content is subject to the terms of the applicable game provider licences. soft2bet does not represent or warrant that the use of game content on the platform does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability
soft2bet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, network outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. The platform will not be liable for any loss — including loss of gaming opportunity, loss of winnings, or loss of data — arising from periods of unavailability outside the platform's reasonable control.
8.2 Betting and Gaming Losses
Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By using soft2bet, you acknowledge that you may lose money and that such losses are your sole responsibility. soft2bet is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform, regardless of the circumstances. The platform's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion — are available to help you manage your play, and you are encouraged to use them.
8.3 Third-Party Services
soft2bet integrates with third-party payment providers, game suppliers, and other service providers. The platform is not responsible for the actions, errors, delays, or failures of any third-party service provider. Any dispute arising from the performance of a third-party service (for example, a delayed bKash deposit or a game malfunction caused by a game provider's server issue) should be raised with the support team, who will liaise with the relevant third party on your behalf.
8.4 Dispute Resolution
Any complaint or dispute arising from your use of soft2bet should be submitted to the support team in the first instance, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. soft2bet's determination following the internal dispute resolution process is final unless you have grounds to escalate the matter under applicable consumer protection principles. All dispute-related communications should be sent to support@soft2bet — do not use other contact channels for formal disputes as this may delay resolution.
8.5 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soft2bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
